Archibaldo (Archie) Kirchman

Hi. My name is Archibaldo (Archie) Kirchman Watson. I was born in Panama , Republic of Panama in 1968. I have always live in Panama . My elementary, junior & senior high school and University was all done in Panama .

At the time of junior high, I got involve in conservation with an organization name Circulo de Estudio, Trabajo e Investigacion Cientifica (Circle of Studies, Works & Scientific Investigation) doing research, working in national parks to prevent erosion and recovering of rainforest in deforested areas. With this we got donations from the World Wildlife Funds & PA.NA.M.A. Foundation to build an Interpretative View point at Altos de Campana´s National Park at the time I finish high school. Today I visit the areas with my son, daughter and wife because it is one of my favorite's places in Panama and I will like my kid s to also enjoy the wonders of nature.

I study at the Technological University of Panama and graduated as a Technician Engineer for computer's programming and development of software's. Little late I understood that standing in front of a computer was not for me. So I got involve in tourism, environmental education, history, etc. and I have been working on these fields for the last 20 years. Also got training in CPR, First Aids and Basic Life Support.

My hobbies are music, photography, wildlife observation and kids (as you can see in the photo with my kids & nephews). I also study very much subjects of the Panama Canal , erosion control procedures, birds observation, botany & others.

Gustavo Schultz

He is a Panamanian born local guide, graduated in the University of Panama with a degree in Ecological and Geographical Tourism. He has work with some of the most experienced local operators thru the entire country. Is favorite places are: Cerro Pirre, Coiba National Park, Bastimentos, Baru Volcano, etc.

He also as a Technical Degree in Metereology, Jungle Survival and rappell training.
